NewConference Control Panel
The newConference Control Panel is a unique and free feature that helps you to stay in control of your meeting. The possibilities depend on the role you fulfil.
For participants
As a participant you are able to follow the status of the meeting during the meeting. You can see who is in your meeting and who left it. You can also see whether the meeting is being recorded.
Especially in case there are more than 3 or 4 participants the Control Panel is does really help to maintain overview.
For the chairperson
The chairperson* can activate extra control features to manage the conference. He or she can:
- Call new participants and place them in the conference call
- Terminate the connection with individual participants
- Turn off and on the microphone of an individual participant

How to access the Control Panel?
Select the menu link Control Panel in the myConference menu. At first you will enter the status part for participants. If you are the chairperson you may choose "activate additional features".
